Mefun, Fredrick Ebimobowei is an Assistant Chief Research Officer (ACRO) with the Educational Research centre. He holds Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master in Education (MEd) degrees from the University of Ibadan in Educational Evaluation and Mathematics Education. He also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.Ed) degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and NCE in Mathematics/Educational Guidance and Counseling from College of Education, Ikere Ekiti. As a Mathematician, Evaluator, Researcher and Educator, he has to his credit published several articles in local, national and international journals of repute. He is a member of MAN, CON, NATT, ASURI, AHFEs, ASSEREN among others and has attended several workshops, seminars and conferences. He is married to Mrs. Doubra A. Mefun and the union is blessed with children.
