Otaru Bernard Meshach (PhD), is a Senior Research Officer and curriculum expert with the Special Programmes Centre of the Nigerian Educational Research and development Council (NERDC), Sheda-Abuja. He holds a Doctor of philosophy (PhD) degree in Counselor Education, specializing in Stress Management and Career Counseling. He is widely published, with research interests in Stress management, Sexual Education, Blended Learning as well as other emerging issues in education. He has attended various workshops such as development of National Policy on Guidance and Counseling, development of early child education curriculum in collaboration with UNICEF, Early Child-Care Education (ECCE) leadership team member for the Revision of the One-year pre-primary curriculum. He has also worked with United Nation Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) on Entrepreneurial Curriculum Project (ECP) Administration of Baseline Study Tool. Bernard Meshach Otaru (PhD) is married and blessed with three lovely children.
